Darker Fare
The second of two beers brewed in collaboration with Chama River Brewing Company. The Darker Fare is our nitrogenated rendition of a Dry Irish Stout. This rich mahogany-colored ale will cascade into your glass to have a thick velvety head. Chocolate and notes of roast compliment the subtle coffee undertones on the nose. The nitrogen bubbles create a creamy, fudge like palate, and hints of espresso finish dry and roasty. Cheers!

Vienna Lager
Crisp and refreshing! This easy drinking copper lager starts with a biscuit-like malt sweetness, and finishes with a beautifully fragrant floral hop spiciness. Crystal clear, and medium bodied, we let this beer age and mature for 3 months to ensure the hop and malt characteristics would be perfectly balanced. A nice lager just in time for the warm weather!
