The flowers were added at boil, for a little extra tart bitterness, and also “dry spiced” in the beer to steep like tea. The floral notes and tartness that come from the flower mingle beautifully with the sweet crisp base of our Imperial Cream and impart a light pink tint, and a delicate pink hue to the head of the beer.
