world-beer-cup2Imperial Cream Ale

world-beer-cup2gabfsilver2aHoney Chamomile Wheat
Local B’s honey and chamomile flowers make this wheat beer slightly sweet and aromatically refreshing. A 2015 Great American Beer Festival silver medal winner, and winner of the Gold Medal for the World Beer Cup!

Dunkelweizen
Dunkel means dark, and weizen means wheat. This beer is a dark wheat ale with the same clove and banana esters that its lighter cousin the hefeweizen is known for. The dark malts give this beer a bready characteristic, and the wheat gives it a full body. Kind of like drinking a glass of delicious banana bread!

5.3% ABV 16 IBU

Doppel-Spock
This strong lager is just in time for the cold weather. Aged for 3 months to mature and mellow, the malty, espresso, and caramel flavors delicately balance on a medium body. A deep mahogany color and a bit of a warming sensation on the back of the palate, will logically inspire you to “live long and prosper”

7.1% ABV 21 IBU

Scottish Ale
Our Flagship Beer! A strong very malty deep brown ale. Malt flavor predominate with nutty flavors mingling within.

7.0% ABV 28 IBU

Red Ale
A deep, malt-forward red ale. Dry hopped with Centennial hops.

6.2% ABV 45 IBU

IPA
A big bold American IPA. A light golden color with a big hoppy/citrusy finish. Made in West Coast tradition with lots of citrusy and piney hops.

6.5% ABV 85 IBU

Chocolate Porter
A traditional English porter brimming with chocolate and roasty flavors.

4.9% ABV 30 IBU

Bird of Prey IPA
This experimental IPA was made with all of the juiciest “C” named hops we could muster. Cascade, Citra, and Centennial, just to name a few. A bright tropical aroma pleasantly introduces the citrus forward flavor of this IPA, and is supported with a clean malt body at the finish.

6.7% ABV 70 IBU

Belgian Tripel
We used a traditional Belgian Abbey yeast to give this beer all of its spicy and fruity Belgian esters. Notes of citrus and pepper and present, complimented by a small addition of coriander. Finishes dry, with a very mild warming sensation.

8.1% ABV 27 IBU
