Beam me Up Scotty 2016
An old favorite of ours back for our anniversary! The Beam Me Up Scotty is an imperial style Scottish ale, with a rich malty flavor. A hint of smoke balances out its delightfully sweet backbone, and a gentle warming sensation lingers on the back of you palate. Cheers to 6 years!

Wrath of Kolsch
This our take on a classic style from the far away city of Cologne, Germany. Delightfully crisp and pale in color, and followed by a slightly assertive hop backbone, this summer ale will have you screaming for more!

Red Ale
A deep, malt-forward red ale. Dry hopped with Centennial hops.

6.2% ABV 45 IBU

A big bold American IPA. A light golden color with a big hoppy/citrusy finish. Made in West Coast tradition with lots of citrusy and piney hops.

6.5% ABV 85 IBU

Double Bird
A rendition of our experimental IPA the “Bird of Prey” is back with more hops, a higher ABV and an even bigger hop heading IBU punch.

Chocolate Porter
A traditional English porter brimming with chocolate and roasty flavors. 4.9% ABV 30 IBU

Kaylynn’s Altbier

Altbier (German for “old beer”) is an amber style ale that has been brewed in Germany since the 1800’s. This copper colored ale was fermented at cool temperatures to give it a lager-like smoothness and a rich malty body, and has a medium hop bitterness to balance it out.

6.1% ABV 35 IBU

Imperial Pilsner
This Imperial Pilsner will satisfy the palate with a malty sweet start, and a crisp finish. A bright golden-honey color illuminates the brilliant white foamy head that sits atop. A perfect balance between sweet and bitter, with a gentle warming sensation at the end of your first sip. Its patio season!

Santa Fe Cider Works, “Cider Different” $7(glass) $15(bottle
A still, unfiltered, artisanal hard cider combining the sweet and tart flavors of the apples with a delicate floral aroma to create a complex yet balanced taste. Three or more varieties of apples are pressed into each batch and fermented slowly using an authentic English cider yeast. The product is pressed and bottled on-site! Naturally Gluten Free. 7.0% ABV 0 IBU
